Get to know Monarch Education

Recruitment Driven, Classroom Focused. Quite simply, what we do and why do it. This is who we are and we believe this tagline encapsulates the meaning of Monarch Education.

As we rediscover our brand, our vision never changed – to be the education recruitment company most admired for its people. We challenge the status quo of recruitment agencies every day and want to show that we aren’t a corporate faceless organisation, but rather a company that wants to build authentic and long-lasting relationships.

From early years to further education, SEN to leaders in education, our experienced teams specialise in making sure every school, academy, college, nursery or free school has the temporary and permanent staff it needs to give their students the education they deserve.

Affinity Zero

This year, Affinity Workforce and its brands made a commitment to reduce its carbon footprint and become a more sustainable business.

We have partnered with Greener Energy Futures and TEMWA Carbon Balance, to reduce and offset our carbon emissions to protect communities across the world, who are severely impacted by climate change.

In 2022, Affinity Workforce has donated more than £5,000 to Temwa Carbon Balance to plant 4,120 trees and offset the 412 tonnes of carbon it produced.
